Adding a new twist to the ongoing election saga, Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced on Wednesday that he would oversee a hand recount in the presidential election in every county in the state. Both Republican Senate candidates will have their elections decided in January after neither candidate was able to hit 50 percent of the vote to avoid a runoff.
