Republican House District 32 candidate Brian Hodgers secured three endorsements this week in his bid for Tallahassee.

Brevard County Commissioner Kim Adkinson, a Republican representing District 3, announced her endorsement of Hodgers on Monday. Adkinson, elected in 2024, cited Hodgers’ “commitment to conservative principles,” including reducing property taxes, opposing transgender participation in girls’ sports, and supporting policies championed by the Trump administration.

Adkinson described Hodgers as a “staunch conservative” dedicated to the values of Brevard County.

“Brian Hodgers is a family man who will fight to put our community and America first in our legislature,” said Adkinson. “Brian has a solid track record of being a staunch conservative and champion for the values important to our community. We need him representing Brevard County in Tallahassee.”

On Tuesday, the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR) endorsed Hodgers, noting his background as a real estate professional and his alignment with the organization’s priorities of reducing taxes, lowering fees, and promoting housing affordability.

Hodgers said the FAR’s support reflects his shared commitment to preserving the American Dream and addressing the challenges facing homeowners and working families in Florida.

“It is an honor to be endorsed by the Florida Association of Realtors,” said Hodgers. “As a realtor myself, I have seen firsthand how important their advocacy was in establishing our reputation as the Free State of Florida. I share their commitment to cutting fees and taxes, to making housing more affordable, and to continuing to reduce homeowners insurance for our seniors and working families. We must do everything in our power to protect the American Dream for everyone.”

Conservative Watch USA also backed Hodgers, describing him as the “most conservative candidate” in the race.

Annie Marie Delgado, president of the advocacy group, praised Hodgers for his dedication to pro-family values, constitutional protections, and maintaining Florida’s reputation as a conservative stronghold.

“There is no question that he is the right man for the job in Tallahassee,” said Delgado. “The district can trust him to defend our Constitution, protect our pro-family values, and keep our state free from the grip of the radical left. He is the pro-Trump choice who will have Brevard County’s back in the Florida House.”

Hodgers, a Brevard County business owner, has campaigned on lowering insurance costs, securing the border, and protecting the state’s natural resources.

The endorsements come as the campaign approaches its final stretch before the April 1 election.
