Erick Aguilar touts Veterans for America First endorsement in CD 4

Republican Erick Aguilar announced that Veterans for America First (VFAF) has endorsed his campaign for Florida’s 4th Congressional District.

VFAF, a non-profit led by Admiral Charles Kubic and National Spokesman Stan Fitzgerald, is a national non-partisan civil liberties grassroots organization. The organization was established by U.S. military combat veterans and works in conjunction with veteran service organizations, nonprofits, corporate sponsors, and government agencies.

VFAF also provides voice, support, and advocacy for veterans, first responders, and patriots who believe in America First principles.

“Erick is 20-year Navy combat veteran and a battle tested and proven leader on and off the battlefield”, said Fitzgerald.  “Erick’s campaign is rooted in the America First agenda where he vows to sponsor and champion legislation that takes care of our veterans at home instead of sending unnecessary funds to proxy wars overseas. We need a veteran in Congress who is going to step up to the plate and address the problems facing our Vets here at home- Erick is that guy.”

Aguilar officially launched his bid for CD 4 last month. His campaign was also backed by SEAL PAC earlier this month.

“I am humbled to receive the endorsement from the VFAF organization today,” added Aguilar.  “Members of Congress today, including some RINOs, would rather send money to countries overseas and help fund wars than address problems here at home, even if it means less funding for our Veterans. We have Vets suffering from PTSD, homelessness, and lack of medical care just to name a few.  We owe everything to our men and women in uniform and I want them to all know they will have a champion who will unapologetically support them always when I go to D.C. next January.”

Aguilar was the first GOP candidate to declare for CD 4, which includes Nassau, Clay, and Duval County areas north and west of the St. Johns River. The only other Republican to enter the race is state Representative Jason Fischer.
