by | Dec 12, 2016

After whistleblowers revealed evidence of inmate abuse and cover-ups at the Florida Department of Corrections, the state agreed to settle a retaliation lawsuit for $800,000. On Trimmel Gomes’ latest episode of The Rotunda, attorney Ryan Andrews who handled the case discusses another pending lawsuit with a whistleblower who sought First Amendment right protections for sharing his story on The Rotunda in 2015.
